What is Scrum?


In short, scrum is a framework where people can complete task at high performance while keeping the waste at minimum level.

Scrum have 3 main phase:
- The Wishlist (complete the backlog)
- The Sprint (normal agile)
- The Daily Scrum (max 15 min)



What is Kanban?


In short, Kanban is an understanding of workflow progress using visual management. The word Kanban itself literally means 'Visual Signal' or 'Visual Card'.

It was developed by Toyota engineers in the late 1940s in order to match inventory with demand.



What is Scrumban?


Scrumban is a combination of Scrum and Kanban where the visual is using Kanban System while the progress is using Scrum Framework

How to Adapt?


In order to adapt to Malaysian culture, a unique Scrumban methology is needed.

Thus, the only way to do this is by performing The Breakfast Scrumban.

The Breakfast Scrumban is same like usual Scrumban except the daily Scrum will occur during breakfast session with extension time of 45 minutes (maximum time is 1 hour).
